Tiene buena ubicación cerca de plazas y centro de Teziutlán pero en lo que es limpieza exterior si les falta un poco ya que se ve un poco deteriorado y las habitaciones si les falta un poco más de servicios ya que. No cuentan con climas ni ventiladores igual la zona no lo amerita pero cuando es tiempo de calor no se puede dormir cómodamente es una opinión personal
